La Direcci\u00f3n \/ \u00d3rgano de Gobierno de Juan Aibar (en adelante, el responsable del tratamiento), asume la m\u00e1xima responsabilidad y compromiso con el establecimiento, implementaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de la presente Pol\u00edtica de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos, garantizando la mejora continua del responsable del tratamiento con el objetivo de alcanzar la excelencia en relaci\u00f3n con el cumplimiento del Reglamento (UE) 2016\/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protecci\u00f3n de las personas f\u00edsicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulaci\u00f3n de estos datos y por el que se deroga la Directiva 95\/46\/CE (Reglamento general de protecci\u00f3n de datos) (DOUE L 119\/1, 04-05-2016), y de la normativa espa\u00f1ola de protecci\u00f3n de datos de car\u00e1cter personal (Ley Org\u00e1nica, legislaci\u00f3n sectorial espec\u00edfica y sus normas de desarrollo).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Data Protection Policy of\n Dr. Juan \u00c1ngel Aibar Dur\u00e1n<\/strong> <\/b>rests in the\u00a0principle of proactive responsibility<\/u>according to which the data controller is responsible for compliance with the regulatory and jurisprudential framework governing this Policy, and is able to demonstrate this to the competent supervisory authorities.<\/p>\n
